|Recommended: NoI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the management staff's treatment of residents. It has been extremely challenging to establish communication with the management team, as the office is frequently unattended and phone calls often result in interactions with automated systems. Despite my numerous attempts to report issues, including submitting complaints through the portal and leaving messages, my concerns have gone unaddressed. One significant issue is the non-functional central air conditioning, which has been out of order since last June. The temporary solution of window units is inadequate, and the maintenance team provides conflicting information. I strongly caution prospective residents against investing their time and resources in this property. Recently, I encountered potential tenants who were interested in viewing the property, but there was no one available to speak with them. I informed them of the situation, as I did not want them to experience the same
|Recommended: YesI say yes, I would recommend, but w reservations.
First current manager Jennifer is terrific
But several years ago I had a friend move into to an apartment. The property had not done a good make ready. She left 6 months later when her lease expired, in spite of her leaving the apartment in excellent condition they kept her deposit.
I hear that is the norm, so if you're looking for your deposit back, I wouldn't hold my breath.
I do want to say that issue had NOTHING to do with the on-property manager, it is STRICKLY a corporate issue.
A plus on the corporate side, they replaced all the old leaking windows and replaced them with fairly nice efficiency windows. This did cut my electric bill by a great deal.
The pool is still not repaired and IMO they should remove the pictures of the pool from this website.
Whatever price they quote you on rent add at the very least 25 . You pay electric to OGE. Corporate add at least 25 in charges for water, garbage, sewage and fees
|Recommended: NoAfter living here for over a year, I can confidently say that this is the most incompetent management staff I have ever dealt with. Office hours are a fairy tale as they are almost never on-site during the posted hours. The property has gone through three managers in the last six months, each worse than the last. I scheduled required maintenance with Saquia for March 21st at 10 00 a.m. That appointment was confirmed by her. 10 00 a.m. came and went, no one showed up. This is par for the course with Shaynie's team. They are totally unreliable and unprofessional. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is an undeniable pattern of behavior. They have no respect for the residents and no pride in their work. If you can afford to live anywhere else, do so.
Edit Review resubmitting because I obviously do not recommend these apartments to anybody, and they deserve a lower score.

|Recommended: YesI am updating my previous review. Despite the frustration I encountered due to the issue with my previous unit, management and maintenance have been very attentive and responsive to the issue. They made it right, acted swiftly in placing me in a new unit and I thank Shaynie and Chris for their professionalism and courtesy in this situation. The management and maintenance teams on site do an excellent job, and their handling of this situation is an example of that. I just wish they had more help. They should have a much bigger team on site considering the amount of units they have.
|Recommended: NoAccording to Oklahoma Statute Title 41-113a, Brick and Vine was required to disclose prior flooding in the lease, which it was not. Each maintenance request I file is met with the bare minimum of effort, a little more caulk and that's it. I'm sick of it. I'm paying almost 800 in rent for what To scoop and vacuum gallons literally of water unpaid labor on behalf of the landlord off of the floor every time it rains These are unsuitable living conditions. I do not believe that they did not know about the flooding. I think they violated the law.
